One more day
March 9th, 2009
Spent most of Friday and Saturday working on the Iditarod start. Had a long day Saturday shooting interviews in the chute as the racers prepared to leave.
Tomorrow I head out at 8am for McGrath, and start shooting video of the racers as the travel the 1,150 mile trail to nome. I will be working with the local NBC affiliate (KTUU, my old station), it should be a great time.
I am going to be off the grid for about 9 days, there is very little to no cell phone/internet coverage in most of the places I will be, so if you need to get in touch with me, email me, call me, leave me a message. I will get back to you as soon as I am able. Cheers!
